Moving Library Files to Different Libraries

Move a single file via the file options ellipsis:

  1. Click the file options ellipsis.
  2. Select Move to Library.
  3. Select a destination library from the Select Library dropdown menu.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Populate custom fields, if applicable.
  6. Click Move.


Move multiple files via the bulk actions button:

  1. Select one or more files.
  2. Click the caret next to the bulk actions button.
  3. Select Move to Library.
  4. Select a destination library from the Select Library dropdown menu.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Populate custom fields for each file, if applicable.
  7. Click Move.
