Adding a New Field Mapping from Deltek, OpenAsset, or Azure Active Directory

  1. Open the Directory.
  2. Click the directory options ellipsis and select Manage Fields.
  3. Click +Add Field.
  4. Choose Mapped Field as the Field Type and click Next.
  5. Select an option from the Source System dropdown menu.
  6. Select an option from the Mapped Field or Grid dropdown menu and click Next.
  7. Configure the display options as desired on the Add Mapped Field screen.
  8. Click Finish.

  • Employee Directory (Azure Active Directory, Deltek*, OpenAsset)
  • Project Directory (Deltek, OpenAsset)
  • Opportunity Directory (Deltek only)
  • Contacts Directory (Deltek only)
  • Company Directory (Deltek only)

*All references to Deltek apply to Deltek Vantagepoint, Deltek Vision, and Deltek Ajera.
