Moving Blocks into Collapsible Sections

1. Click and drag the block onto the collapsible section block. 
2. If the block is expanded, a horizontal line will appear to indicate the new insertion point as you drag the block.
3. If the block is collapsed, the inserted block will appear at the end of any existing content.
