- Click the Settings Cog.
- Select User Management under Configuration.
- Hover over a user who is connected to an incorrect Deltek record and click the user options ellipsis.
- Select Change Deltek Record.*
- The next screen will display the user's Azure Active Directory email address and the Deltek record to which the user is currently linked.
- Click Next to proceed to the search screen.
- Search by name or employee ID and select a new record from the dropdown menu.**
- Click Apply.
- Click OK to sync the new record.
* Applies to Deltek Vantagepoint, Deltek Vision, and Deltek Ajera.
** A warning message will appear if the selected Deltek ID is already connected to a username. You may choose to search for a different ID, cancel, or proceed with the sync.
