- Click the Settings Cog.
- Select User Management under Configuration.
- Hover over a user who is not connected to a Deltek record and click the user options ellipsis.
- Select Connect Deltek Record.*
- The next screen will display the user's Azure Active Directory email address.
- Click Next to proceed to the search screen.
- Search by the user's name or employee ID and select the user from the dropdown menu.**
- Click Apply.
- Read the sync message and click OK.
* Applies to Deltek Vantagepoint, Deltek Vision, and Deltek Ajera.
** A warning message will appear if the Deltek ID is already connected to a different username. You may choose to search for a different ID, cancel, or proceed with the sync.
