Disable downloads for a video or document
- Open the options menu for the video or document.
- Select Disable Download.
Note: Disabling downloads removes the download option for all instances of that video or document across Synthesis, not only on the page where you made the change.
Re-enable downloads for a video or document
- Open the options menu for the video or document.
- Select Enable Download.
