As users browse Synthesis, a new view is registered each time the URL changes. For example, when viewing a page and previewing each document, a view is captured for:
- Initial load of the page
- Previewing a document
- Closing the preview + returning to the page
This registers as three views (two page views and one document view).
Multiple clicks inside a one minute timeframe on a page or document are counted as a single view for that item. So, in the same example if completed within one minute, only two views would be captured:
- Initial load of the page
- Previewing a document
Below is an breakdown of how each category of content registers a view.
