Configuring Filter Value Sort Order in Libraries

  1. Open the Library.
  2. Click the library options ellipsis and select Manage Fields.
  3. Click the Edit Field icon next to the filter field you wish to configure.
  4. Click More Options.
  5. Select an option from the Filter Sort Order dropdown (Alphabetically or # of Matching Value).
  6. Click Finish.
