Adding a Synthesis Shortcut to Your Phone or Tablet Home Screen

Apple iPhone / iPad

  1. Enter your Synthesis URL in the browser on your mobile device.
  2. Log in using your Microsoft credentials if prompted.
  3. With the intranet site open, tap the share button (in the menu bar for Safari or the address bar for Chrome).
  4. Scroll down the list of options, then tap Add to Home Screen.*
  5. Confirm by tapping Add.

*If you don’t see Add to Home Screen, you can add it. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, tap Edit Actions, then tap Add to Home Screen.

Android

  1. Enter your Synthesis URL in the browser on your mobile device.
  2. Log in using your Microsoft credentials if prompted.
  3. With the intranet site open, tap the options ellipsis in the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Select Add to Home Screen.
  5. Confirm by tapping Add.
