Reach Rate
Reach Rate indicates the percentage of users that saw the post title, and thus had an opportunity to click on the post.
Web Application: If a user loads the post title anywhere in the web application, the user will be counted toward the Reach Rate. Examples of where a post title may appear include, but are not limited to:
- Community’s Streams
- Hashtag Pages
- Profile Pages
- Search Results
Email Notifications: When a user opens an email notification, the email client may download a tiny, invisible image. If this download occurs, the user will be counted toward the Reach Rate. It is worth noting that not all email clients load this image by default. If you suspect that your email client is not loading the invisible image, contact your email administrator, as s/he is likely able to implement this configuration at a global level.

- Clicking on the title of the post
- Clicking on the post's thumbnail
