Adding Tags to Multiple Posts

  1. Click the Settings Cog.
  2. Select Stream Administration under Posts.
  3. Select multiple posts.
  4. Click the caret on the Bulk Actions Button.
  5. Select Add Tags (#).
  6. Begin typing to search for an existing hashtag and then select it from the dropdown, or type a new hashtag and hit Enter.
  7. Repeat as desired (to apply multiple hashtags) and click Next.
  8. Confirm by clicking Add Tag(s).

Note: The bulk Add Tags feature will not trigger email notifications for users who are following the updated posts or tags.
