Configuring Titles for System Posts

  1. Click the Settings Cog.
  2. Select Settings under Configuration.
  3. Under Stream, click the type of enabled system posts you wish to configure (Anniversaries, Birthdays, or New Images in OpenAsset). 
  4. Click the edit icon next to the title under Configure Post.
  5. Edit the post text and corresponding text variables as desired.
  6. Click Save.

Anniversaries Text Variables

  • [EmployeeName] The first and last name of the Employee
  • [NumberOfYears] The number of years since date of hire
  • [CompanyName] The name of the firm

Birthdays Text Variables

  • [EmployeeName] The first and last name of the Employee

New Images in OpenAsset Text Variables

  • [ProjectName] The project name as it appears in OpenAsset/Deltek
  • [ImageCount] The number of new images added to OpenAsset
