Click the Setting Cog.
Select Settings under the Configuration menu.
Click Search to expand the menu and open the Default Search Tab page.
Select Summary or Everything from the Default Search Tab dropdown.
Toggle Enable End Users to Set Their Default Search Tab in User Preferences on or off.
Click Save.
