Click the Settings Cog.
Select Settings under Configuration.
Click Profile Associations and select Employees + Opportunities.
Configure filters to determine which opportunities show up on employee profiles and which employees show up on opportunity profiles.
Click Save.
Available Filters
Show All Past + Present Employees or only those who appear in the Employee Directory
Show All Employees or only those with an Assigned Opportunity Role
