Click the Settings Cog.
Select Settings under Configuration.
Click Profile Associations and select Contacts + Opportunities.
Configure filters to determine which contacts show up on opportunity profiles and which opportunities show up on contact profiles.
Click Save.

Show All Contacts in Source System(s) or only those included in the Contacts Directory
Show All Contacts in the Opportunity Record or only those with an Assigned Opportunity Role
