Publish a page from the Content Outliner:
Open the Content Outliner.
Hover over the name of the draft page you wish to publish.
Click the Resource Options ellipsis and select Publish.
Publish a page from the Page Editor:
Click the pencil icon to open the Page Editor.
Click the Publish button in the page formatting toolbar.
