Configure library columns using the library options ellipsis:
Click the library options ellipsis.
Select Edit Columns.
Toggle values on or off to enable/disable columns; drag column titles to rearrange the order.
Click Apply.
Resize and reorder library columns using drag and drop:
Drag the column edge to the desired width.
Drag the column title to the desired location to change the order of columns.
