Click the pencil icon to open the Page Editor.
Click the video to activate the video options bar.
Click the Video Options Ellipsis.
Select Edit Thumbnail.
Select a new thumbnail image and click Save.

Click the Block Settings Cog.
Select Manage Videos.
Click the Video Options Ellipsis.
Select Edit Thumbnail.
Select a new thumbnail image and click Save.
Click Save on the Manage Videos screen.
