Click the Settings Cog.
Select Hashtag Administration under Posts.
Click the hashtag administration options ellipsis.
Select Hidden Hashtags.
Hover over a tag and click the hashtag options ellipsis.
Select Unhide Hashtag.
Confirm by clicking Unhide Hashtag.
